Quest Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

3. Using Quest

Quest allows users to create local tasks, apply for available tasks, communicate with other users, and use location-based features. Users agree to use the platform responsibly and respectfully.

4. Payments & Tokens

• Quest Tokens are digital credits used inside the application.
• Tokens may be purchased using available payment methods supported by Quest.
• Quest reserves the right to reject fraudulent payment attempts.
• Refund requests are handled according to applicable laws and the payment platform used.

5. User Content

Users may upload photos, profile information, task descriptions, payment receipts, comments, messages, and other content. You remain the owner of your content, but grant Quest permission to display and process it for operating the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Publish illegal content.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Commit fraud or deception.
• Upload fake payment receipts.
• Publish misleading tasks.
• Use automated bots.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Quest systems.
• Upload malicious software.

7. Reports & Moderation

Quest allows users to report inappropriate content and accounts. We may review reports, remove violating content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate users who violate these Terms.

8. Location Services

Quest uses your device location to display nearby tasks, calculate distances, and enable navigation. Location is used only for providing core application features.

9. Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their accounts directly from within the application. After deletion, personal information will be removed or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quest provides a platform connecting users. Quest is not responsible for agreements made directly between users, the quality of completed work, financial disputes, or damages resulting from interactions between users. Users are solely responsible for their own actions.

11. Service Availability

Quest may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time in order to improve security, stability, or comply with legal requirements.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available through the application and the official website.
